Opportunity Responsibilities

The role of the Associate –Stakeholders Integration (Police and Government) is to provide project management support, including planning and delivery on specific goals and objectives across the unified plan for the Expo 2020 event.
- Support and Assist the Assistant Manager in the coordination of stakeholder integration with Expo 2020 initiatives and unified plan with Dubai Police and Government entities;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and report to keep up to dates records on deliverables up to the event phase;
- Provide project status and deliverables to the Assistant Manager Innovation and Future foresight, ensuring alignment and on track; 
- Handle issues and rectify where appropriate and within the role scope. Escalate for appropriate action to the Assistant Manager where needed;
- Coordinate day to day tasks, including appointments, room bookings and administration activities to support stakeholder integration and the Project Management office requirements;

Dubai Govt Police Job 

- Support in the Translation of documents and paperwork from Arabic to English (and vice versa) as part of a wider unified plan between Expo 2020 Security and Dubai Police;
- Support the Assistant Manager in organizing activities, including workshops, conferences and seminars to support further integration and knowledge sharing on Security/Mega Event requirements;
- Research on topics relevant to the stakeholders integration program, draft and present reports on findings, including Presentations where required.

Skills

2+ years’ work experience as well as:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or other relevant discipline;
- Understanding of project management principles and planning;
- Demonstrated experience with project management tools;
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral in Arabic and English;
- Strong Planning and Organization skills;
- Demonstrated Research skills;
- IT literate, in particular with Excel.
