• Organize the Marketing and Communication Services.
• Ensure employee induction and continuing education & development
• Directing & Controlling of Marketing and Communication Service
• Monitors the Quality Assurance of the Marketing and Communication Services
• Support the implementation of the Marketing Plan to maximize new business development
• Identify new business opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Support ongoing Sales activity
• Provide Finance Manager with information about payments made and debtor ledgers from external companies.
• Additional support for HR Manager to ensure appropriate documentation is provided to Ministry of Health and HAAD.
• Support external events and liaise with Arabic media contacts to maximize coverage.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and implement new software programs
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
• Design and update software database
• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science required
• Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
• 1+ year experience in building Oracle Apex applications.
• Knowledge of Java script and Oracle Apex advance features.
• Strong designing, development and trouble shooting skills.
• Knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications database architecture, as well as Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, and Reports).
• Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies.
• Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of implementation documents.
• Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
• Strong attention to detail
